Let us Seek the Lord

“If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayer that is made in this place.” 2 Chronicles 7:14-15

Let us pray:
Lord Father, You have told us in Your Word that You hear our prayers. We are crying out to You, we are humbling ourselves before You and seeking Your face and guidance. We come together as a church body to seek You. We confess our sins. We repent and turn from our wicked ways, thank You for hearing us. Thank you for Your forgiveness and healing us, physically, spiritually and mentally in Jesus Christ name our Lord and Savior amen 🙏🙏🙏

Living at Peace

Isaiah 2:1-5
Yesterday, in our first Advent Sunday Service, I asked you, God’s people, whether you were Just Fine or At War? Then to make sure again, I asked you to put your hand in your chest and asked your heart, “are you just fine & at peace or at war?” And both of your answers were “Yes”. Then 2 times I replied “then I would stop my preaching because you knew it already.”
Why ….? I don’t know, but I just feel the Holy Spirit lead me to confirm this.
Friends, in this first Advent of Christmas, we are reminded, let’s make a peace at anybody and moreover be a peacemaker.
How? Just like Israelites in their distress and at war, God promise them the Peace but It is only if they are walking and focusing their heart to the Light and The Truth, Jesus Christ
So, Let’s welcome Him in our heart & trust His Word always no matter what happened. Amen
Afternoon Reflection 🙏

Jesus is The Truth

“I am the way, the truth and the life; no man comes to the Father but by Me” (John 14:6).
Jesus said that He is the truth. Truth personified. The source of all truth, the embodiment of truth and the reference point for evaluating all truth-claims.
Truth is reality. It’s the way things really are. But the world teach us about Deception, “Things are not as they appear.” To know the truth is to see accurately. To believe what isn’t true is to be blind.
God has written His truth on human hearts, in the conscience (Romans 2:15). That’s why the heart longs for truth—even the heart that rejects it.
If you are followers of Christ, we are to walk in the truth (3 John 1:3), love the truth, and believe the truth (2 Thessalonians 2:10-12). We’re to speak the truth “in love” (Ephesians 4:32).
Dear God, if we really long for the truth help us to come and obey Jesus, Amen

What is the truth?

Truth means in accordance with fact or reality or standard. It is also “truth to self” or authenticity.
Truth is far more than facts. It’s not just something we act upon. It acts upon us. We can’t change the truth, but the truth can change us. It sanctifies (sets us apart) from the falsehoods woven into our sin natures.
Truth is eternal, a conception, and abstraction, a statement.
Ultimately, truth comes from God as is found and rooted in Jesus in the Bible. He is eternal God who’s all powerful and unchangeable. Jesus prayed, “Sanctify them by the truth; Your word is Truth” (John 17:17). Though heaven and earth will pass away, His truth never will.
All people who contradict the Bible are working against the truth.
Let’s in line our believe, moral, attitude and decision according to JESUS & BIBLE.
Dear God, help us to surrender & obey to Your truth in Jesus Christ name amen 🙏🙏🙏

Why Is Jesus Christ Important?

We all make mistakes we cannot fix, experience losses we cannot recover, and face pains, persecution, tragedies, burdens, and disappointments we cannot handle alone. The good news is that Jesus will not let us handle it alone.
The Son of God perfectly knows and understands, for He has felt and borne our individual burdens. He has perfect empathy and can extend to us His arm of mercy.
1. Jesus Makes Repentance Possible
2. Jesus Teaches Truth
3. Jesus Offers Hope
4. Jesus Offers Peace
5. Jesus Sets the Example
Friends, when we understand that the Savior makes possible repentance and resurrection, teaches vital truths, offers hope and peace, and sets the perfect example,
He becomes the center of our lives and the most important that we need in this life. With Him as our friend, we have the courage to cast out fear and move forward with faith. Thanks be to God. Amen

Jesus was born, The True Light is coming to us

“The people who walked in darkness have seen a great light; those who dwelt in the land of the shadow of death, upon them a light has shined.” (Isaiah 9:2)
The Apostle John said that Jesus, the Word, was in the beginning with God, and who was God, and in whom there was life and that life was the light of men, and that this light then came down and dwelt with us.
And so the light of God Himself, Jesus, came down and shone upon humanity.
After Jesus forgave the woman of her adultery, He said,
“I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.” (John 8:12)
And so, it is to this darkened sin filled world that Jesus said,
I have come as a light to shine in this dark world, so that all who put their trust in me will no longer remain in the darkness (John 12:46)
This is His Light:
1. He wants to bring you in His attracts attention.
2. He wants to Guide your Steps
3. He wants you to see the Reality. He is the Imanuel
We have a choice. We can choose Jesus and live eternally in heaven and in His light, or we can choose the world and live eternally in darkness separated from God in hell.
If you accept His Light, this is our responsibility:
“You are the light of the world… Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.”
(Matthew 5:14a, 16) Amen

The Changing Face of Satan

Over the centuries, artists have come to portray Satan as less bestial demon, more human.
The phenomenon, people are more fascinated with evil than with good or to make it simple, people now are more curious to the horror.
The satan’ image was from a bestial (like goat), horned, furry figure, inhuman demon to the personification of evil as, well, one of us.
In the 19th century people portray Satan as much more of “a sly, cunning, dandyish type of figure.” Instead of scaring people into sin and intimidating them, he now uses persuasion.
Now, people portray Satan as “friends, the one that always ready to give all our answers & needs.” But actually it was fake and only bring us further far from God and His holiness. Moreover Satan when give something to us, there will always be a price, No Free Lunch. He is a liar or The Father of lies as in John 8:44 “You belong to your father, the devil, and you want to carry out your father’s desires. He was a murderer from the beginning, not holding to the truth, for there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks his native language, for he is a liar and the father of lies”
So friends, let’s not be deceived by Satan. We have to make Scriptures or Bible as the Supreme value, passion and motives that guide our life, work, future and family.
May the grace of God soften our heart to accept and bow down only to His Scriptures or Bible in Jesus Christ name amen 🙏🙏🙏

My Jesus is Awesome

    1. He is the only, unique Son of God (Psalm 2:7).
    2. He is eternal. He existed from eternity past, He exists in the present, and He will exist for all eternity in the future (John 1:1-3).
    3. Jesus alone is the One who bore our sins so that we could have forgiveness and be saved from them (Isaiah 53).
    4. Jesus is the only Way to the Father (John 14:6)
    5. Jesus alone had power over His own death and the ability take back His life again (John 2:19)
    6. Jesus alone accepted worship as an equal with the Father, and indeed God the Father states that the Son is to be honored as He is honored. All others, whether Jesus’ disciples or angelic beings, rightly reject that worship.
    7. Jesus has the power to give life to whom He will (John 5:21).
    8. The Father has committed all judgment to Jesus (John 5:22).
    9. Jesus was with the Father and directly involved in the creation, and it is by His hand that all things are held together
    10. It is Jesus who will rule the world at the end of this present age
    11. Jesus alone was born of a virgin, conceived by the Holy Spirit. The sin nature is genetically inherited from the male. He had no human father and therefore was born without a sin nature.
    12. It is Jesus who demonstrated that He had the attributes of God [e.g., the power to forgive sins and heal the sick; to calm the wind and waves; to know us, being perfectly acquainted with us, to raise the dead, etc.
    13. There are a great number of prophecies concerning the Messiah’s birth, life, resurrection, person, and purpose. All were fulfilled by Him and no other (Isaiah 7:14)
