Let us Seek the Lord

“If my people who are called by my name humble themselves, and pray and seek my face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear from heaven and will forgive their sin and heal their land. Now my eyes will be open and my ears attentive to the prayer that is made in this place.” 2 Chronicles 7:14-15

Let us pray:
Lord Father, You have told us in Your Word that You hear our prayers. We are crying out to You, we are humbling ourselves before You and seeking Your face and guidance. We come together as a church body to seek You. We confess our sins. We repent and turn from our wicked ways, thank You for hearing us. Thank you for Your forgiveness and healing us, physically, spiritually and mentally in Jesus Christ name our Lord and Savior amen 🙏🙏🙏

Living at Peace

Isaiah 2:1-5
Yesterday, in our first Advent Sunday Service, I asked you, God’s people, whether you were Just Fine or At War? Then to make sure again, I asked you to put your hand in your chest and asked your heart, “are you just fine & at peace or at war?” And both of your answers were “Yes”. Then 2 times I replied “then I would stop my preaching because you knew it already.”
Why ….? I don’t know, but I just feel the Holy Spirit lead me to confirm this.
Friends, in this first Advent of Christmas, we are reminded, let’s make a peace at anybody and moreover be a peacemaker.
How? Just like Israelites in their distress and at war, God promise them the Peace but It is only if they are walking and focusing their heart to the Light and The Truth, Jesus Christ
So, Let’s welcome Him in our heart & trust His Word always no matter what happened. Amen
Afternoon Reflection 🙏

Jesus is The Truth

“I am the way, the truth and the life; no man comes to the Father but by Me” (John 14:6).
Jesus said that He is the truth. Truth personified. The source of all truth, the embodiment of truth and the reference point for evaluating all truth-claims.
Truth is reality. It’s the way things really are. But the world teach us about Deception, “Things are not as they appear.” To know the truth is to see accurately. To believe what isn’t true is to be blind.
God has written His truth on human hearts, in the conscience (Romans 2:15). That’s why the heart longs for truth—even the heart that rejects it.
If you are followers of Christ, we are to walk in the truth (3 John 1:3), love the truth, and believe the truth (2 Thessalonians 2:10-12). We’re to speak the truth “in love” (Ephesians 4:32).
Dear God, if we really long for the truth help us to come and obey Jesus, Amen
